The Worthy Worthington

I haven't tied this fellow in to any of the families that I'm researching yet, but he sounds rather interesting:

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. Nov 17. Former Assemblyman William b. Worthington was acquitted of assault and battery upon his wife on the grounds of insanity and was sent to the county home.
